Non-binding recommended prices

SH Schweizer Hypotheken AG would like to make the customer an offer that promises maximum cost certainty and at the same time provides sufficient transparency for a quick decision. The following fees cover all costs for the services of SH AG as initiator as well as the costs of the other parties involved. 

The annual costs are covered by a mark-up on the Emission Company's margin in relation to the issue between the capital market and the loan agreement with the Client. The following table shows the respective cost types with the corresponding service description and the debtor.
